Jeanne Alpern (whose maiden name is Stern), was born on March 3, 1909 in Budapest, Hungary. She will practice the profession of accountant and married a man named Maurice Alpern, born in Mannheim, who will be deported without return by convoy 50 on March 4, 1943. She will also be arrested and then deported a few months later when she was only aged 34 years old. She left in convoy 64 for Auschwitz from which she did not return. She undoubtedly lost her life as soon as the convoy arrived on December 10, 1943.
