Benjami Alkali was born on March 27, 1896 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He left his native country for France, I couldn't say when but I guess it was before the war.

He settled in Paris and worked as a hairdresser. He then resides at 141 boulevard Mortier in the 20th arrondissement.

He was arrested in November 1943 and then interned in Drancy from November 24. He left for the East in convoy 64 of December 7, 1943 and did not return.
